About This Role

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Civil Engineer to lead construction projects across Delhi NCR. You will be responsible for project planning, execution, quality control, and team management.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage civil construction projects from inception to completion

- Prepare and review engineering drawings, specifications, and BOQs

- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and government authorities

- Ensure quality standards and safety protocols are followed on site

- Mentor and guide junior engineers and site staff

- Prepare project progress reports for senior management

Requirements

- B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering from a recognized university

- 5-8 years of experience in construction or infrastructure projects

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, MS Project

- Solid leadership and communication skills

- Knowledge of IS codes and construction standards

- PMP or equivalent certification is a plus
