About the Role

Unitech Construction Company is looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to take overall responsibility for the execution and management of our ongoing construction projects in Delhi/NCR.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in civil construction, site execution, project coordination, contractor management and quality control, along with the ability to independently lead a project from execution through completion.

Candidates currently based in West Bengal who are willing to relocate to Delhi/NCR and work in office are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage day-to-day execution of construction projects at the Delhi/NCR site.
- Plan, coordinate and monitor project activities to ensure timely completion.
- Supervise civil construction works including RCC, structural, masonry, finishing and other related activities.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, architects, vendors and internal teams.
- Monitor manpower, materials, machinery and site resources for efficient project execution.
- Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
- Review drawings, BOQs, specifications and identify site-level technical issues.
- Monitor project progress against planned schedules and take corrective action wherever required.
- Maintain daily site reports, progress reports, measurements and relevant project documentation.
- Check contractor work, measurements and quantities before certification/payment.
- Ensure proper material planning and coordinate with procurement for timely availability.
- Monitor project costs and minimise material wastage and unnecessary expenses.
- Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and applicable construction standards.




- Resolve technical and execution-related issues at site in coordination with consultants and management.
- Regularly report project progress, challenges, requirements and achievements to senior management.
- Take ownership of project delivery, quality, timelines and overall site performance.

Candidate Requirements
- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognised institution.
- 7–12+ years of relevant experience in civil construction/project execution.
- Strong experience in independently handling construction sites/projects.
- Experience in RCC, structural work, finishing, quantity estimation, BOQ and contractor management.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and site practices.
- Good leadership, team management and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD and project planning tools will be an advantage.
- Should be comfortable working at a project site in Delhi/NCR.
- Candidates from West Bengal willing to relocate to Delhi/NCR are preferred.
- Candidates who have previously worked outside West Bengal or handled projects in different locations will be highly preferred.

What We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who can take ownership of a project rather than only supervise individual site activities. The candidate should be capable of independently coordinating people, contractors, materials and technical requirements and ensuring that the project is delivered on time, within budget and as per required quality standards.

Relocation: Candidate must be willing to relocate to Delhi/NCR for the project.

Salary: Competitive and commensurate with experience and project-handling capability.
