Key Responsibilities:

- Day-to-day civil maintenance and upkeep of university buildings, academic blocks, hostels, residential areas and other facilities.
- Supervise civil repair and maintenance works, including masonry, plastering, flooring, painting, waterproofing, roofing and structural repairs.
- Conduct regular inspection of buildings and facilities and identify maintenance requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors and maintenance teams for timely completion of work.
- Prepare estimates, BOQs and material requirements for civil maintenance projects.
- Monitor the quality, cost and timelines of maintenance and repair works.
- Handle complaints related to civil infrastructure and ensure timely resolution.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes and institutional maintenance procedures.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, work orders, materials and expenses.
- Coordinate with Electrical,



HVAC, Plumbing, Fire & Safety and other facility teams for integrated maintenance activities.

Preferred Qualification:

B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.

Experience:

Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, preferably in building/facility maintenance, institutional, commercial, residential or large campus infrastructure.

Mandatory Requirement: Candidates must have hands-on experience in Building/Facility Maintenance. Candidates with only construction/project execution experience and no significant facility maintenance experience may not be considered.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
