About the Role

Beaver Infratech is looking for an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to take end-to-end responsibility for the execution and control of our construction projects in Balaghat, Madhya Pradesh.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on construction experience and should be capable of independently handling projects from foundation through completion and handover.

Candidates with experience in high-rise or multi-storey building construction will be preferred.

This is a full-time, on-site senior position requiring robust technical knowledge, leadership ability and ownership of project execution, quality, cost, timelines, contractors and site teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Independently plan, execute, monitor and control assigned construction projects.
- Manage projects from foundation through completion and final handover.
- Supervise RCC, structural, masonry, finishing and other civil construction works.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved architectural and structural drawings, specifications and BOQ.
- Prepare and monitor construction schedules, project milestones and work programmes.
- Compare actual progress with planned schedules and take corrective action where required.
- Prepare and verify quantity estimates, BOQs and measurements.
- Check contractor bills, RA bills and vendor claims.
- Monitor project costs, material consumption, wastage and site inventory.
- Manage contractors, subcontractors, vendors, junior engineers, supervisors and labour teams.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP teams, contractors, vendors and management.
- Conduct regular quality inspections and ensure compliance with approved standards and specifications.
- Identify technical and execution-related problems at site and implement practical solutions.
- Monitor manpower,



machinery and material utilization.
- Maintain DPRs, measurement records, progress reports and other project documentation.
- Conduct regular site and contractor progress meetings.
- Ensure proper coordination between all construction activities and agencies.
- Maintain appropriate safety and construction practices at site.
- Ensure projects achieve required quality, cost and timeline targets.

Qualification and Experience

- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant civil construction experience.
- Strong experience in residential, commercial, infrastructure or other construction projects.
- Experience independently handling construction projects from foundation to handover.
- High-rise or multi-storey building construction experience is preferred.
- Strong understanding of RCC works, finishing works and construction methodology.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural and services drawings.
- Good knowledge of quantity estimation, BOQ, rate analysis and contractor billing.
- Experience managing contractors, vendors, supervisors, engineers and labour teams.
- Strong leadership, planning, coordination and problem-solving skills.

Technical and Software Skills

- AutoCAD
- MS Excel and MS Office
- MS Project
- Primavera or equivalent project planning software
- Quantity estimation and BOQ preparation
- Contractor billing and measurements

Knowledge of Revit, construction ERP systems or other project management software will be an added advantage.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a hands-on construction professional who can take independent responsibility for the project rather than only performing routine site supervision.
