Job Requirements :
- 2-5 years of experience in area sales management or similar role in the banking industry.
- Solid understanding of channel sales principles, including distribution channels (e.g., direct-to-consumer) and indirect channels (e.g., partnerships).
- Proficiency in Tamil language is required; knowledge of other local languages an asset.
