About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Career Advisor to guide candidates throughout their career journey, understand their professional goals, and help them identify suitable career opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct one-on-one discussions with candidates to understand their career goals, skills, experience, and preferences.
- Provide career guidance and recommend suitable job roles and career paths.
- Review and improve candidates' resumes and professional profiles.
- Assist candidates with job search strategies, interview preparation, and career planning.
- Coordinate with recruitment and placement teams regarding candidate requirements and opportunities.
- Maintain regular communication and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Track candidate progress, interviews, feedback, and placements.
- Build strong and professional relationships with candidates.
- Stay updated on job market trends, in-demand skills,



and career opportunities.
- Achieve individual and team targets related to candidate engagement and successful placements.

Requirements
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in Career Counseling, Recruitment, HR, Staffing, Inside Sales, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing, counseling, and negotiation abilities.
- Good understanding of recruitment and the hiring process.
- Ability to handle multiple candidates and follow-ups efficiently.
- Comfortable working in a US shift.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and basic CRM or recruitment tools.
