Experience: 7 to 8+ Years in Sales / Upselling / Business Development

Job Summary

We are looking for a agile Senior Executive Business immediate joiner preferred

Development to drive revenue growth through lead generation, client acquisition, relationship management, and upselling opportunities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, and sales closure skills with a proven track record of achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify new business leads.
- Connect with prospective customers and identify sales opportunities.
- Conduct customer meetings and presentations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Upsell products and services to existing customers.
- Manage customer databases and sales pipelines.
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.




- Maintain accurate sales reports and CRM records.

Requirements

Graduation Mandatory

78+ years of Sales / Upselling / Business Development experience

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Proficiency in MS Excel & MS Word

Fluent in English, Hindi, and at least one regional language

Knowledge of Salesforce CRM is preferred

Self-driven and target-oriented professional
