We are hiring a Senior Business Analyst with mandatory Broadband/ISP domain experience to drive business requirements, process transformation, stakeholder alignment and digital initiatives.

Location: Bangalore

CTC: Up to ₹19.5 LPA

Mandatory: Prior experience with Broadband Service Providers, ISPs, Fiber Network Operators, Broadband Operations, Service Assurance, OSS or Customer Operations.

? Key Responsibilities

- Gather and manage business & functional requirements
- Create BRDs, FRSs, User Stories, Process Flows and Use Cases
- Conduct stakeholder workshops and requirement reviews
- Define current-state and future-state processes
- Support Service Assurance, Fault Management, RCA, Customer Experience, Wi-Fi/CPE,



Automation & AI initiatives
- Lead UAT, defect tracking and business sign-offs
- Define KPIs, SLAs and business success metrics
- Support governance, RAID management and change requests

? Required Skills

8+ years of Business Analysis experience

Solid Broadband/ISP domain knowledge

FTTH/FTTx, GPON/XGS-PON

OLT, ONT/ONU, BRAS/BNG

DHCP, DNS, AAA

Broadband Provisioning & Activation

Service Assurance & Fault Management

Customer Care & Trouble Ticketing

Wi-Fi & CPE Operations

MTTR, MTTD, FCR & Service Availability

Requirements Elicitation & Process Mapping

UAT & Stakeholder Management
