Senior Business Analyst cum Scrum Master – SFMC

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst cum Scrum Master with strong Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) experience to work closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, and technical teams to drive requirements and Agile delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into SFMC functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams on Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions and campaigns.
- Understand and document marketing/customer engagement processes, journeys, segmentation, and data requirements.
- Coordinate with SFMC developers and QA teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered.
- Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with Product Owners.
- Track sprint progress, risks, dependencies, blockers, and delivery milestones.
- Support UAT, defect triage, requirement validation, and release coordination.
- Act as the bridge between business, marketing, and technology teams.
- Drive Agile/Scrum best practices and continuous improvement.





Required Skills
- 6–9 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
- Solid hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) is mandatory.
- Good understanding of SFMC modules/capabilities, customer journeys, segmentation, campaigns, and marketing automation.
- Experience working with Marketing Cloud Engagement, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, and related SFMC capabilities.
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog management.
- Proven experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and managing Agile delivery.
- Experience with Jira / Confluence / Azure DevOps.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred
- Experience with Salesforce CRM / Sales Cloud and SFMC integrations.
- Knowledge of customer data, APIs, data extensions, and marketing automation workflows.
- CSM / PSM / Salesforce certifications would be an advantage.

Contract: 6 Months Location: Chennai – Onsite

Notice Period: Immediate / Short Notice below 18 days preferred

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
