Role Description The Senior Business Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhopal. This position is responsible for working with stakeholders to understand business needs, translate them into clear requirements, and support the design of effective solutions.

Day-to-day tasks include conducting detailed business analysis, mapping and improving business processes, preparing functional specifications, and coordinating with technical teams to ensure alignment between business objectives and solution delivery. The role involves facilitating meetings and workshops, documenting requirements and workflows, analyzing data to identify trends and issues, and supporting testing and validation of implemented solutions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify patterns, and support data-driven decision-making.

- Candidates should possess Business Process skills to map, analyze, and optimize workflows and operational procedures.

- Experience working as a Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst in technology-driven environments.
- Proficiency in requirements management tools, process modeling tools, and documentation standards.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and operations teams to deliver solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; advanced certifications in business analysis (such as CBAP or PMI-PBA) are an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities, attention to detail, and a structured approach to analysis and documentation.
