We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst with 4+ years of experience and strong exposure to the BFSI / Finance domain. The ideal candidate should be excellent at understanding business requirements, translating them into clear functional specifications, and effectively coordinating with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements, analyze data, and develop solutions.

- Conduct gap analysis to identify areas of improvement and implement changes.

- Develop and maintain documentation for business processes, procedures, and systems.

- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

- Identify opportunities for process improvements through data analysis.

Desired Candidate Profile





- 4-8 years of experience in Business Analysis or related field.

- Excellent communication skills with ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

- Mandatory: Experience in the BFSI / Banking / Financial Services / Finance domain OR relevant educational qualification in Finance / Banking / Financial Services.

- Ability to communicate complex business requirements clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving abilities.

- Hands-on experience with BRD, FRD, User Stories, Use Cases, Process Flows, and Acceptance Criteria.

- Positive understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
