Role Purpose:

Provide 24×7 operational and technical support for cloud broadcast infrastructure, ensuring high availability of SDI, cloud, newsroom, graphics, and production systems.

Core Responsibilities:

- Understand, operate, and maintain SDI/baseband IP Media infrastructure.
- Maintain the Grass Valley ecosystem (cameras, switchers, routers, multi viewers, replay, playout).
- Demonstrate a basic understanding and operational knowledge of:
- NRCS, rundown, and newsroom workflows.
- Vizrt graphics systems, template workflows, and newsroom integration.
- MAM, storage, archive, and media asset workflows.
- Support hybrid connectivity between on-premises and cloud environments.
- Troubleshoot live production and transmission issues.
- Execute preventive maintenance, firmware upgrades, and disaster recovery (DR) tests.
- Prepare incident reports, SOPs, and technical documentation.

Requirements

Technical Skills:

- SDI, AES, Dante

- Grass Valley infrastructure

- AWS fundamentals (a plus)
