About Us:

Krox Accounting Solutions is the US accounting division of the Krox group — a Gandhinagar-based group operating technology and services businesses across the US, Canada, and Australia, including Krox IQ, our AI front-desk product for US healthcare clinics. We're launching a focused accounting outsourcing practice serving US CPA firms and small businesses, and we're hiring our first senior accountant. This is not seat #400 at a large KPO — you'll be the founding member of the delivery team, working directly with the founder, shaping our processes, and growing into a team-lead role as we scale.

What You'll Do:

- Full-cycle bookkeeping for US clients on QuickBooks Online: transaction categorization, bank and credit card reconciliations, AR/AP management
- Month-end close: journal entries, accruals, and preparation of financial statements (P&L;, balance sheet, cash flow)
- Payroll support on US platforms (Gusto/ADP) and preparation of clean workpapers for CPA review




- Communicate directly with US clients via email and occasional calls (Eastern time overlap, approx. 6:30–10:30 PM IST a few days per week)
- Help build our internal checklists, SOPs, and quality processes from day one

What We're Looking For:

- 2–4 years of hands-on US accounting/bookkeeping experience at a KPO or outsourcing firm (mandatory)
- Strong QuickBooks Online skills — ProAdvisor certification is a plus
- Solid understanding of US GAAP bookkeeping fundamentals
- Excellent written English — you'll email US clients without a script
- B.Com/M.Com; CA Inter or CMA Inter preferred
- Self-driven and comfortable in an early-stage workplace where you help define how things work

- US tax preparation exposure (Drake, ProSeries, Lacerte, UltraTax — 1040/1120)
- Xero experience (we're expanding to Australian clients next)
- Currently pursuing Enrolled Agent (EA) — we'll support your journey
