JOB SUMMARY

As a senior Developer, you will play a leading role in the development, installation,

testing, and maintenance of software systems to help our business be more efficient and provide better service in the industry. In this role, you will assist in requirements gathering, time estimation, and negotiate with the architecture team on software and system design.

HERE’S HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE:

- Design and develop business process management applications using BPM tools and frameworks.
- Work closely with business analysts, product managers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into BPM solutions.
- Develop, test, and deploy BPM workflows, integrations, and automation solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues in existing BPM applications and processes.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration of BPM solutions with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, databases).
- Optimize BPM processes for better performance, scalability, and maintainability.




- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, ensuring best practices are followed in design and development.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to knowledge-sharing within the development team.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to

BPM and process automation.
- Ensure proper documentation of processes, configurations, and technical specifications.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

- Expertise in IBM BAW platform
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (typically 5+ years) as a BPM Developer, with a robust track record of successful BPM implementation projects.
- Strong knowledge of business process modeling (BPMN) and process automation.
- Solid experience in web services, REST APIs, and integration with third-party systems.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, or other relevant technologies.
- Strong understanding of databases, SQL, and data integration concepts.
- Ability to analyze complex business problems and propose technical solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in Agile development methodologies is a plus.

Preference will be given to candidates with the following:

• Certification in BPM or related technologies.

- Experience with cloud-based BPM platforms or microservices architectures.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
