- CASA Acquisition: Acquire recent Current Account, Savings Account, and liability accounts via cold calling, walk-ins, and local market campaigns.

- Cross-Selling: Promote and sell third-party financial products like life insurance, health insurance, and mutual fund SIPs.

- Target Achievement: Meet monthly and quarterly sales numbers and value targets outlined in the performance scorecard.

- Relationship Management: Deepen existing customer relationships and ensure smooth onboarding for new-to-bank customers.

- Compliance: Follow KYC and AML guidelines and secure bank information.
