Axway SecureTransport The Axway SecureTransport Resource will configure, monitor, and support secure file-transfer integrations between customers, business partners, and internal applications.

Key responsibilities

- Configure and maintain partner accounts, user accounts, transfer sites, folders, permissions, and authentication.

- Set up and support SFTP, FTP/FTPS, HTTPS and other managed file-transfer protocols.

- Manage SSH keys, host keys, SSL/TLS certificates, credentials, and certificate renewals.

- Configure file-transfer routes, push/pull workflows, naming conventions, archiving, notifications, and error handling.

- Onboard current trading partners and coordinate connectivity testing with internal and external teams.

- Monitor file transfers, investigate failures, review SecureTransport and Transaction Manager logs, and safely restart or retry transfers.

- Troubleshoot connectivity, authentication, certificate, firewall, folder-permission, routing, and file-processing issues.





- Support SecureTransport environments across development, test, UAT, production, and disaster recovery.

- Follow change-management, security, audit, deployment, and production-support procedures.

- Maintain partner configuration, troubleshooting guides, operational runbooks, and onboarding documentation.

- Participate in on-call or after-hours production support when required.

Preferred experience

- Axway SecureTransport administration or production support experience.

- Strong knowledge of SFTP, FTP/FTPS, SSH, SSL/TLS, certificates, TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, and Linux/AIX.

- Experience with EDI, managed file transfer, trading-partner onboarding, IBM Sterling/ITX, Boomi, or similar integration platforms.

- Ability to analyze logs, troubleshoot production issues, and coordinate with partner, network, security, and application teams.
