Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Azure DevOps Engineer to lead Azure infrastructure, DevOps automation, CI/CD, and cloud migration initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Azure, Azure DevOps, Terraform, Harness, Kubernetes, application deployment, security, and troubleshooting, with the ability to lead complex projects and mentor engineers.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Azure deployment, migration, and application modernization projects.

- Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and other CI/CD tools.

- Automate Azure infrastructure using Terraform, Bicep, and ARM Templates.

- Manage Azure DevOps Repos, Pipelines, Agents, Service Connections, Boards, Test Plans, and Artifacts.

- Deploy and support applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and AKS.

- Implement DevSecOps, security controls, and automated compliance checks.

- Configure monitoring and observability using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Grafana, or ELK.

- Troubleshoot infrastructure, application, OS, networking, CI/CD, and deployment issues.

- Support Kafka, HashiCorp Vault, Microsoft Entra ID, and ForgeRock environments.

- Perform RCA and resolve complex incidents and problems.

- Participate in 24x7 on-call / fourth-line support for Azure clients.

- Mentor engineers and act as a technical escalation point.

- Drive automation, reliability, scalability,



and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience

- 8+ years of DevOps experience, including 4+ years of hands-on Azure experience.

- Strong expertise in Azure DevOps, Terraform & Harness.

- Experience with Bicep/ARM Templates, Ansible, Git, Jenkins/Harness, and CI/CD.

- Strong scripting skills in PowerShell, Python, or Bash.

- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and AKS.

- Strong understanding of Azure networking, security, identity, and TCP/IP.

- Experience with Linux and/or Windows troubleshooting.

- Experience with cloud migration and application modernization.

- Knowledge of HashiCorp Vault, Kafka, Entra ID, and ForgeRock.

- Experience with Blue/Green and Canary deployments.

- Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Grafana, or ELK.

- Robust problem-solving, communication, client-handling, and technical leadership skills.

- Azure certifications are preferred.

- ITIL experience is an advantage.

Ideal Candidate

- A hands-on Azure DevOps technical leader capable of owning complex migration initiatives end-to-end, from infrastructure automation and CI/CD to application deployment, security, troubleshooting, monitoring, and operational support.

Pay: ₹654,709.41 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year
