- Mandatory Skills Description:• 7+ years of experience in software quality assurance with strong experience in both manual and automation testing.
- Experience working in a Fintech/Digital bank/Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) provider/Payment platform
- Strong understanding of digital banking products such as customer onboarding, identity verification, lending, deposits, payments, or customer servicing.
- Hands-on experience developing and maintaining automation using Playwright.
- Strong API testing experience using Postman or similar tools.
- Experience using GitHub or similar tools for defect tracking and collaboration.
- Working knowledge of SQL for backend data validation.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, SDLC, STLC, and defect lifecycle management.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across product, engineering, and business teams.
- Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced product setting.
