Seeking an experienced Senior Specialist with 5 to 10 years with expertise in Playwright and Python testing frameworks to lead and enhance automated testing efforts
- Design develop and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright and Python to ensure high-quality software delivery
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand testing requirements and implement effective test automation strategies
- Analyze and troubleshoot test failures ensuring timely resolution of issues Continuously improve test automation frameworks and processes to increase efficiency and coverage Mentor junior team members on best practices in test automation and Python programming
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Python test automation and Playwright tools
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of automated test cases for complex software applications
- Drive the integration of Playwright based test automation within CICD pipelines Collaborate with developers QA engineers and product owners to define test strategies and acceptance criteria
- Monitor and report on test coverage quality metrics and automation progress to stakeholders
- Identify gaps in test coverage and propose solutions to improve overall test effectiveness Provide technical guidance and support for troubleshooting automation issues
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to maintaining high quality test code standards
