responsibilities The role and responsibilities of a Senior in the DSG Scalable teams would include: •Deliver high-quality audit work on allocated engagements for international KPMG clients, ensuring timely completion of assigned audit procedures and deliverables. •Apply KPMG audit methodology and country-specific statutory requirements while performing and documenting audits of complex financial statement areas, controls testing, and audit findings. •Manage engagement delivery activities including PBM discussions, planning and allocation of work to team members, tracking progress, and proactively resolving outstanding issues and information requests. •Collaborate effectively with clients, engagement teams and onshore stakeholders, building robust working relationships through regular communication and status updates. •Monitor work pipelines, identify risks and dependencies, and provide timely updates to engagement teams while ensuring compliance with data confidentiality and risk management requirements. •Perform detailed reviews of work completed by team members, provide constructive coaching and feedback, and support their technical and professional development. •Support engagement management through effective project management,
prioritization of tasks, and coordination across multiple engagements to meet quality and deadline expectations. •Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, knowledge sharing and the implementation of best practices to enhance audit quality and efficiency. This role is for you if you have the below Educational qualifications •Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification (e.g. ICAI or ACCA) Work experience •1-2 year of relevant post qualification experience in a similar role, preferably with a Big 4 firm •Candidate with articleship experience from a Big 4 or mid-tier accounting firm.
