Role Description The Senior Audit Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role oversees planning, execution, and completion of statutory and internal audits, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and firm methodologies.

Responsibilities include reviewing financial statements, assessing internal controls, identifying key risk areas, and recommending process improvements for clients across multiple jurisdictions.

The Senior Audit

Manager leads and mentors audit teams, manages client relationships, coordinates timelines and deliverables, and provides clear, data-driven insights to support client decision-making.



The role also involves staying updated on evolving regulatory frameworks, contributing to audit quality initiatives, and collaborating with tax and advisory teams to deliver integrated solutions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Accounting and Finance skills, including a solid understanding of accounting standards and financial reporting principles.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Financial Audits and Financial Statements, with experience in planning, reviewing, and finalizing audit assignments.
- Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills to interpret complex data, identify risks, and recommend practical improvements.
- Qualified qualification such as Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent is highly preferred.
- Several years of progressive audit experience, ideally in public accounting or consulting, with exposure to corporate and cross-border environments.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with the ability to coach and develop junior professionals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present findings to senior stakeholders.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to audit quality and regulatory compliance.
- Comfort with hybrid work arrangements and ability to collaborate effectively both in-office and remotely.
