Role Summary:
The role requires good communication skill and should be able to do logical interpretations, hand son on excel will be an added help.
Should be flexible for night shifts. 6:30/7:30 PM IST.
Roles & Responsibility:
The candidate should be able to clearly understand the established procedures for the Money Out QA process specifically hardship and other distribution process and accurately perform tasks in accordance with those guidelines.
Primary Skill:
Positive communication skills, including the ability to read and write clear, professional emails and effectively understand and applies written information. 5 to 6 years of 401k experience specifically on Money Out.
