We are looking for a Senior Associate Production with robust experience in production data management, SAP, BOM management and production accounting. The role will be responsible for maintaining accurate production data, managing BOMs and supporting production closure and yield analysis activities.
# Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain production data and Bill of Materials (BOM) in SAP.
- Coordinate with Production, Sales, Purchase, Materials, Finance and Laboratory teams to ensure accurate BOM structure, components and quantities.
- Handle BOM creation, maintenance and change requests and ensure accuracy across multi-level BOMs.
- Perform day-to-day production accounting and month-end production closure activities in SAP.
- Conduct yield analysis and verification of production data.
- Ensure BOM and routing changes are properly reviewed, validated and updated in the system.
- Maintain accurate production-related master data and records.
- Resolve issues related to BOM and item creation/maintenance in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to construct and update BOMs.
- Utilize SAP T-Codes for production-related transactions and reporting.
- Prepare and analyze production reports using MS Excel/MS Office.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of production data and system-related activities.
- Perform other production and data management activities as assigned.
