Role Description

This full-time, on-site position for a Senior Associate Lawyer is based in Delhi, India.

The Senior Associate

Lawyer will be responsible for providing detailed legal advice, drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and policies, and representing clients in legal proceedings, including negotiations, arbitration, and litigation matters. The role includes conducting comprehensive legal research, interpreting laws and regulations,



and collaborating with the legal team to address clients’ complex legal challenges.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Legal Research, Legal Writing, and Analysis
- Expertise in Contract Drafting, Contract Negotiation, and Review of Agreements
- Experience with Litigation, Arbitration, and Dispute Resolution
- Proficiency in providing tailor-made Client Advisory and Legal Consultations
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage high-stakes assignments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Possession of an LL.B. degree from a recognized law university (LL.M. is an added advantage)
- A proactive work ethic and a proven track record of delivering quality results under deadlines
