Senior Associate – International Insurance Voice Process (US/UK)

Company Description A leading global business process and customer experience organization is hiring experienced professionals for its International Insurance Voice Process in Kochi.

This opportunity is suitable for candidates with hands-on experience in US, UK, or other International Insurance Voice Processes, particularly across claims support, benefits administration, provider coordination, healthcare insurance, disability, or leave administration.

Role Description

We are hiring for the position of Senior Associate – International Insurance Voice Process (L2).

The role involves independently managing insurance and benefits-related support activities, including provider outreach, claim documentation review, stakeholder communication, follow-ups, exception handling, and workflow management.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling complex insurance-related customer and provider interactions while consistently meeting quality, productivity, accuracy, and service-level expectations.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle international insurance voice interactions and benefit-related support activities.
- Review claim documents and supporting information to determine appropriate next steps.
- Contact healthcare providers, customers, and other stakeholders to obtain required information.
- Manage follow-up activities and resolve outstanding or pending requests within defined timelines.
- Identify and resolve processing exceptions and operational issues.
- Escalate complex cases or exceptions to leadership when required.
- Maintain accurate, complete, and compliant documentation for every interaction.
- Ensure adherence to defined quality, productivity, accuracy, and service-level standards.
- Support multiple insurance products, workflows, and processes.
- Assist team members through knowledge sharing, process guidance, and coaching where required.
- Contribute ideas for process improvement, operational efficiency, and better customer experience.

Mandatory Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline – Mandatory.
- Prior experience in a US Insurance Voice Process, UK Insurance Voice Process, or International Insurance Voice Process – Mandatory.




- Candidates should have relevant voice process experience specifically within the Insurance domain.
- Excellent English communication skills — B2 level or above.
- Must be comfortable working in US rotational night shifts.
- Must be willing to work from office in Kakkanad, Kochi.
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

Important: Candidates without relevant International Insurance Voice Process experience may not be considered for this requirement. Preferred ExperienceCandidates with experience in one or more of the following areas will be preferred:
