Job Role - Senior Associate - Saviynt

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Associate – Saviynt to manage Saviynt administration, configuration, application onboarding, IAM operations, enhancements, certificate management, and production support .

The role will have a strong focus on Application Onboarding (70%) and Operations & Support (30%) , requiring hands-on expertise in Saviynt and solid SQL knowledge .

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and configure the Saviynt platform .

• Perform end-to-end application onboarding and integration .

• Support IAM operations, identity lifecycle and access governance processes .

• Handle production support, platform enhancements and troubleshooting .

• Analyze and resolve issues using SQL, APIs, logs and integrations .

- Manage certificate-related activities and certificate management.

• Handle Incident, Change, Problem, RCA and SLA processes .

• Collaborate with IAM, application, infrastructure and other technical teams .

• Drive process improvements and Saviynt platform enhancements .

Preferred Profile

• 8 – 15 years of relevant IAM experience .

• Strong hands-on experience with Saviynt or relevant IAM platforms .

- Proven experience in application onboarding and integrations.

• Experience with Incident, Change, Problem, RCA and SLA processes .

• Saviynt Certification is preferred.
