Role Description The Senior Associate (Growth & Operations) is a full-time role responsible for supporting and scaling Wisdom Monk’s advisory and capability-building engagements.

This hybrid role is based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area, with a mix of in-office collaboration and work-from-home flexibility.

Day-to-day responsibilities include managing operational workflows, coordinating client engagements, and ensuring smooth delivery of assessments, diagnostics, and interventions.





The Senior Associate will contribute to growth initiatives by supporting business development activities, refining internal processes, and tracking performance metrics across projects. The role also involves preparing client-facing materials, maintaining high standards of communication and service, and collaborating with the leadership team to enhance both operational efficiency and client experience.

Qualifications

- Strong operations and process management skills, with experience in coordinating projects and improving workflows.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation, with the ability to build trust-based relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Robust analytical skills to interpret diagnostic data, track key metrics, and generate actionable insights for growth and operations.
- Clear and professional communication skills, including structured written communication and confident client-facing interaction.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area, balancing independent work with in-person collaboration.
- Prior experience in consulting, qualified services, or high-growth organizations is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, Psychology, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Comfort with technology, including productivity tools, CRMs, and data dashboards; familiarity with AI-led or diagnostic tools is a plus.
