In the role of Senior Associate, you will be an integral part of a team driving the success of a client’s business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and direct quality control delivery to ensure continuous improvement with established standards
- Develop and analyze statistical data to determine present standards and establish proposed quality and reliability expectancy of errands submitted by agents
- Update the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) / Process documents on a weekly basis
- Be Aware of relevant risk/compliance/regulatory policies Complete all mandatory/assigned training programs in the quarter/year
- Ensure volume/work status are captured accurately in web metrics (Tick) tool daily
- Coordinate activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities, and directing the work of subordinate employees and team
- Ensure positive feedback is received by building effective long-term relationships with clients
- Review, analyse,
and resolve contested case reports
- Use developed techniques to prepend cooperation and participation in potentially volatile situations
- Responsible for doing quality assurance and train other employees to maintain accuracy in delivering task on time
- Willingness to learn and accept new challenges
Skills and qualifications
- A Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized institute/university with good academic track record.
- Master degree holders may also be considered but without any extra weightage
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Computer skills such as MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Internet and email writing
- Minimum two years of experience in relevant industry with exposure to team handling and quality
