Brief : To handle operations / activities related to Costing Key Accountabilities: 1) To function as per the Service Level Agreement 2) To achieve all the key Performance Indicators as set by the Team Leader.
- To follow the agreed and approved SOPs for the activities assigned 4) To be willing to work in all shifts (including nights).
- To adhere to reasonable operational requests from the management.
- To attend all meetings and trainings as per requirements.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Support product costing related daily activities including (not necessarily exhaustive) Cost & feasibility reports Variance reports Daily Inventory and plant reports Perform Reconciliation and variance analysis Prepare ad hock report as requested Master data set up for raw materials, packaging & Finished goods Any other reporting responsibilities as assigned by the management Good Communication skill Qualifications ESSENTIAL DESIRABLEWork Experience (Mention No. of years):
- The candidate should have 0-2 Years of Work Experience in F&A; in the Costing process and its fundamentals• Prior experience in service/ BPO industry Knowledge/Qualifications/ Competency:
- Commerce Graduate• Good Communication Skills• Proficiency in Microsoft Office skill• Robust MS excel skills• Experience with Master data set up - MBA/ CA/ICWA (inter) preferred but not mandatoryCapabilities:
