Role and Responsibilities:
- Take complete ownership of various business operations workstreams, from problem identification to solutioning and driving outcomes.
- Partner closely, collaborate, and develop deep relationships with different organizational departments.
- Devise data governance strategies and build a single source of truth for analytics and functional scorecards.
- Integrate data from CRM portals, offline Excel sheets, etc., and build analytical models to support executive decision-making.
- Identify inefficiencies in business processes and streamline/automate workflows.
- Drive the adoption of the company CRM among various users and customize modules in the context of enterprise business.
- Contribute to near-term and long-range strategic planning.
- Identify process improvement opportunities, propose system modifications, and devise data governance strategies.
Job Requirements:
- Strong experience managing sales operations for enterprise/B2B businesses.
- Impeccable problem-solving skills.
- Strong knowledge of Data and Business Analytics.
- Good knowledge of Financial modeling.
Qualifications - What you need:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in a business operations function for enterprise clients.
- 3+ years of experience in Financial modeling and Analytics.
- Capable of performing sophisticated data analysis and building financial models on Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of SQL is a must.
- Good knowledge of finance/accounting concepts.
- Experience building cross-functional relationships and partnering with multiple stakeholders.
- Self-driven towards short/long-term team goals in a fast-paced/ambiguous work workplace.
