Investigate and analyze claims to identify patterns, trends, and potential areas for improvement Develop and implement effective claims strategies to minimize losses and maximize recoveries
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as underwriters and risk managers, to resolve claims-related issues
Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments
Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as adjusters and attorneys, to facilitate claim resolution
Prepare and present reports and recommendations to senior management on claims-related matters
