About the Role:

We’re looking for a Senior Art Director who can lead creative thinking, build strong visual ideas, and transform briefs into impactful campaigns across digital platforms.

You should be equally comfortable conceptualising a campaign, creating a key visual, guiding a design team, presenting ideas, and ensuring high-quality execution across every touchpoint.

We’re also looking for someone who is curious about AI-powered creativity and knows how to use emerging tools to make the creative process faster, smarter, and more experimental.

What We’re Looking For:

- 4–6 years of experience in advertising, digital, or creative agencies
- Strong conceptual and visual-thinking abilities
- Excellent command of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Strong understanding of art direction, typography, composition, colour, visual hierarchy, and branding
- Experience creating integrated campaigns, key visuals, social media campaigns, digital ads, and brand communication
- Ability to take a brief from concept and moodboard to final execution
- Solid understanding of different brands, audiences, and visual languages
- Ability to guide and mentor designers, visualisers, and junior creatives
- Comfortable presenting creative ideas internally and to clients
- Ability to manage multiple brands, projects, and timelines
- Good understanding of digital platforms and performance-led creative communication
- Experience with AI tools for ideation, image generation, visual exploration, and creative production




- Basic understanding of motion/video is an added advantage

What You’ll Work On:

- Develop campaign concepts, key visuals, and creative directions
- Lead social media, digital, performance, E-commerce, and brand campaigns
- Translate briefs into strong visual ideas and storytelling
- Create moodboards, style frames, visual references, and campaign systems
- Direct designers and ensure consistency and quality across executions
- Review and improve creative outputs before client delivery
- Work closely with copywriters, creative directors, video teams, servicing, and strategy teams
- Present concepts and creative rationale to internal teams and clients
- Explore AI-generated visuals, concepts, and new-age creative workflows
- Ensure AI-assisted work is refined, brand-relevant, and production-ready
- Mentor junior designers and help improve the overall creative quality of the team

You should be able to think conceptually, understand the communication problem, find a strong creative idea, and build a visual world around it.

You should also be someone who can take ownership, give clear creative direction, accept feedback, collaborate with teams, and consistently push the quality of the work.
