Role Description The Senior Architect will lead end-to-end architectural design projects, from concept development through detailed design and execution.

Responsibilities include coordinating with clients to understand requirements, preparing design proposals and presentations, and overseeing the production of drawings, 3D models, and documentation. The role involves guiding junior team members, collaborating with consultants and contractors, and ensuring that design intent is maintained during site coordination and project reviews.

The Senior

Architect will manage project timelines and deliverables, address design and technical challenges,



and contribute to the continuous improvement of studio standards and processes. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design, with demonstrated experience in leading medium to large-scale projects Residential& commercial.
- Experience in Project Management, including planning, coordination, and overseeing multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
- Understanding of Integration between architectural design and structural, and other building systems; familiarity with relevant codes and regulations.
- Working knowledge of Software Development concepts or design-technology integration (e.g., parametric tools, automation workflows) is an advantage.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and documentation software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp.
- Professional degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; registration or eligibility for professional licensing is preferred.
- Excellent design communication skills, including drawing, visualization, and clear written and verbal communication.
- Ability to mentor team members, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work effectively in a collaborative studio environment.
