Every space we create tells a deep, site-specific story of craft, luxury, and context. All our conceptualisation, detailing, and coordination happen under one roof at our in-house Mumbai studio, Studio MiDR. We are not a corporate firm; we are a small collective of obsessive creators where your voice, sketches, and execution define the built reality.

The Role

We need an architect who wants to be a foundational pillar of our small team, not just a number on a large roster. You will work directly with the principal leads, taking ownership of hyper-exclusive hospitality spaces from initial white-board narratives to final site execution. If you love raw detailing, tactile material boards, spatial storytelling, and the fast-paced energy of a design-forward startup, this is your canvas.

What You Will Do

- Conceptualise Spaces: Translate abstract luxury and cultural narratives into stunning architectural and spatial forms.
- Design & Detail:



Produce rigorous schematic designs, detailed working drawings, and precise construction documentation.
- Material Curation: Source and test rare, local, and sustainable material palettes tailored to high-end hospitality.
- Studio Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with our compact Mumbai core, iterating fast and sharing responsibilities fluidly.
- Site Execution: Coordinate with structural consultants, lighting designers, and craftspeople, making active site visits to protect the design integrity.

Who You Are

- Experienced: 3 to 7 years of hands-on architectural experience, with a sharp focus on high-end residential, boutique hospitality, or luxury retail.
- Craft-Obsessed: You care deeply about joinery, lighting play, textures, and how a guest emotionally feels in a room.
- Tech-Fluent: Highly proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, or Revit, paired with strong hand-sketching and physical model-making skills.
- A Startup Mindset: Adaptable, eager to wear multiple hats, and excited to build a brand from the ground up.
- Based in Mumbai: Ready to work directly from our in-house studio everyday.
