Role Description

This is a role for someone with active experience in architectural and interior site execution, contractor coordination, project budgeting and timeline management, along with excellent communication and client-facing skills.

We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of residential projects from design to execution and ensure they are delivered with the right balance of design quality, practicality, budget, timeline and attention to detail.

We’re looking for someone who:

- Has 3+ years of relevant experience in residential architecture/interiors
- Has active, hands-on site execution experience
- Has strong contractor coordination and management experience
- Has experience managing project budgets, timelines and quality
- Has robust architectural drawing and project management skills
- Is confident in client-facing situations and communicates exceptionally well
- Has strong team management and decision-making skills
- Has an exceptional eye for detail




- Can understand and innovate architectural construction detail.
- Is trustworthy, dependable and takes complete ownership of their work

We are not looking for someone who:

1. Is primarily looking for a role to learn the basics —we’re looking for someone who can bring their experience from day one and confidently suggest improvements to our existing systems and processes .
2. Is not comfortable leading and managing a team .
3. Needs constant guidance from seniors to make project-level decisions .
4. Needs to be constantly managed to stay on top of project timelines, budgets, quality and team responsibilities.
5. Is uncomfortable taking ownership and accountability for project outcomes.
6. Has limited or no active experience in architectural and interior site execution .
7. Has limited experience working directly with contractors and site teams .
8. Is uncomfortable being client-facing or handling difficult client conversations.
9. Waits for problems to escalate instead of identifying and addressing them proactively .
10. Is not comfortable making decisions, proposing solutions and standing behind those decisions .

You’ll lead projects, coordinate with clients, contractors and the design team, review drawings and execution, identify problems early, and ensure the project is delivered to the standard it was designed for. ?Pune
