Job Summary: Lead the design and execution of architectural projects. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality designs and managing project teams effectively.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the design process from concept development to project completion.
- Manage project teams and coordinate with consultants and contractors.
- Develop and present design proposals to clients.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and standards.
- Review and approve construction documents and specifications.
- Mentor junior staff and provide guidance on technical and design issues.
- Oversee project budgets and schedules to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.

Professional licensure (RA) preferred.





Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.

Strong leadership and decision-making skills.

Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a quick-paced environment.
