Position: Senior Architect

Location: Delhi

Experience Required: Minimum 8 years of professional architectural experience

Role Overview

MPS India is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Architect to join our Delhi office. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, excellent coordination skills, and substantial experience in developing architectural designs from concept through detailed construction documentation.

The role requires close collaboration with clients, consultants, project managers, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality industrial projects within established timelines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop architectural concepts into schematic, preliminary, and detailed working designs.
- Prepare and review architectural drawings, construction documents, and detailed working drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
- Coordinate effectively with clients, external consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal project teams throughout all project phases.




- Lead multidisciplinary coordination involving HVAC, Fire Fighting, Plumbing, Electrical, Structural, and other building services.
- Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, local regulations, and project-specific standards.
- Participate in design reviews, technical discussions, and project coordination meetings.
- Assist in the preparation and review of Bills of Quantities (BOQs), technical specifications, and tender documentation.
- Support quantity take-offs and material estimations based on architectural drawings.
- Monitor design quality and maintain project documentation standards throughout project execution.
- Contribute to value engineering and design optimization initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch.) from a recognized institution.
- Master's Degree in Architecture (M.Arch.) is desirable but not mandatory.
- Minimum 8 years of professional architectural experience.
- Experience in industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, or factory projects will be highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of construction detailing, building systems, and interdisciplinary coordination.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
- Working knowledge of Revit is preferred.
- Familiarity with BOQ preparation, specifications, and quantity take-offs.
- Valuable understanding of local development regulations, building by-laws, and statutory approval processes.
- Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
