Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Senior Architect to manage end-to-end architectural responsibilities for building construction projects. The role involves design leadership, coordination with consultants, site execution support, and client interaction across multiple project stages.
Key Responsibilities
Construction & Architecture
- Lead architectural planning and design from concept to completion
- Prepare and review concept designs, schematic layouts, working drawings, and GFC drawings
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and other consultants
- Ensure compliance with local by-laws, NBC, fire norms, and statutory regulations
- Conduct site visits to resolve design and execution-related issues
- Review BOQs,
specifications, and tender drawings
Leadership & Coordination
- Manage and mentor junior architects and design teams
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and external stakeholders
- Conduct design reviews and value engineering for cost and constructability optimization
Technical Skills & Tools
- Strong expertise in architectural detailing
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp
- Working knowledge of Lumion / Enscape / V-Ray
- Robust understanding of materials, finishes, and construction techniques
- Knowledge of Indian building codes and approval processes
- Familiarity with project coordination and site execution
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch)
- Registered with Council of Architecture (COA)
- Minimum 4 years of experience handling construction projects
- Proven experience managing projects from concept to handover
