Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage AR calls to resolve outstanding accounts receivable issues with healthcare providers.
- Identify and appeal denied claims, negotiate settlements, and reduce write-offs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and improve revenue cycle management.
- Analyze denial trends and implement process improvements to minimize future occurrences.
Job Requirements :
- 1-3 years of experience in medical billing, appeals, or AR calling.
- Robust knowledge of ICD-10 coding system and HIPAA regulations.
- Excellent communication skills for effective negotiation with healthcare providers.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
