Job Responsibilities

- Handle denied, rejected, and unpaid US healthcare claims.
- Analyze denial codes and identify the root cause of denials.
- Follow up with insurance companies through calls and payer portals.
- Handle claim status, reprocessing requests, corrected claims, and appeals.
- Coordinate with coding, billing, eligibility, and authorization teams for denial resolution.
- Maintain accurate claim notes, call reference numbers, and follow-up dates.
- Work on aging AR and prioritize high-value and critical accounts.
- Identify recurring denial trends and support denial prevention initiatives.
- Achieve assigned productivity, quality, and collection targets.

Requirements
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in US Healthcare AR / Denial Management.
- Positive knowledge of US healthcare insurance and payer processes.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Experience in handling denial codes and claim follow-up.
- Willingness to work in US/night shifts.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period preferred.
