Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage AR calls to resolve outstanding accounts receivable issues with healthcare providers.
- Identify and address denials by investigating root causes, appealing denied claims, and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure accurate medical coding.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with patients, insurance companies, and other stakeholders.
Job Requirements :
- 1-5 years of experience in AR calling, denial management, or related field (RCM).
- Strong knowledge of medical billing processes and regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
- Excellent communication skills for effective phone conversations with customers.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced workplace while meeting productivity targets.
