Role Overview

We are looking for a Sr. Support Analyst with strong hands-on experience in Application Production Support within a critical enterprise/banking environment. The ideal candidate should be strong in Unix/Linux, SQL/Sybase, Shell Scripting, ITIL & Incident Management, with exposure to monitoring and automation tools.

Mandatory Skills

- 5–7 years of Application Production Support – L1/L2
- Robust hands-on Unix/Linux
- Shell Scripting
- Strong SQL skills; Sybase experience preferred
- Incident, Problem & Change Management
- Experience handling P1/P2 incidents, SLA adherence & escalation
- RCA / Root Cause Analysis and preventive actions
- Production monitoring & troubleshooting




- Release / deployment support with pre & post-production validation
- Troubleshooting inbound/outbound files and interfaces
- Dynatrace monitoring experience
- Strong ownership, problem-solving & stakeholder communication

Good to Have
- Cloud / Terraform
- Ansible
- Jenkins / CI-CD
- Banking / Capital Markets / Market Data / Referential experience

Ideal Candidate Application Support professionals who have worked in critical banking/enterprise production environments and can independently troubleshoot production issues, manage P1/P2 incidents, perform RCA, coordinate with dependent teams and drive issues through resolution.
