To undergo practical and technical training in vehicle servicing, maintenance, inspection, diagnosis and repair of Maruti Suzuki vehicles while following company safety, quality and workshop standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist Senior Technicians in vehicle servicing, inspection and repair activities.
- Perform basic periodic maintenance as per Maruti Suzuki service schedules.
- Assist in engine oil, filter, brake, battery, tyre and other routine maintenance jobs.
- Learn and perform basic mechanical and electrical diagnosis under supervision.
- Use workshop tools, equipment and diagnostic equipment correctly.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety rules and workshop instructions.
- Carry out vehicle inspection and identify basic faults.
- Maintain cleanliness and follow 5S practices in the work area.
- Handle tools, spare parts and workshop equipment carefully.
- Record completed work and report technical issues to the Senior Technician or Supervisor.
- Attend technical training and skill-development programs.
- Ensure customer vehicles are handled carefully and protected from damage.
- Support the team in achieving workshop productivity, quality and turnaround-time targets.

Required Qualification
- ITI – Motor Vehicle / Mechanic Motor Vehicle / Automobile-related trade preferred.
- Diploma in Automobile / Mechanical Engineering may also be considered.
- Freshers and candidates with limited automotive workshop experience can be considered.

SENIOR TECHNICIAN Job Purpose To independently diagnose, service, maintain and repair Maruti Suzuki vehicles while ensuring high standards of technical quality, safety, productivity and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform major and minor repairs and periodic maintenance of Maruti Suzuki vehicles.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical and electronic vehicle-related problems.
- Use appropriate diagnostic equipment and special service tools for fault identification.




- Carry out engine, transmission, brake, suspension, steering, cooling, fuel and electrical system repairs.
- Inspect vehicles and accurately identify the root cause of technical problems.
- Execute repair jobs according to Maruti Suzuki technical standards and workshop SOPs.
- Check vehicle condition before and after repair.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure the job has been completed correctly.
- Guide and support Technician Trainees and Junior Technicians in technical jobs.
- Explain technical problems and repair requirements to the Workshop Supervisor / Service Advisor.
- Ensure proper usage and care of workshop tools, equipment and diagnostic instruments.
- Maintain proper documentation of repair and maintenance work.
- Follow safety, environmental and workshop regulations at all times.
- Maintain 5S, cleanliness and discipline in the workshop.
- Identify repeat complaints and take corrective action to prevent recurrence.
- Support the workshop in achieving productivity, quality, first-time-right and turnaround-time targets.
- Participate in technical training and remain updated on new Maruti Suzuki models and technologies, including hybrid/EV-related systems where applicable.

Required Qualification
- ITI – Motor Mechanic Vehicle / Mechanic Motor Vehicle or equivalent.
- Diploma in Automobile / Mechanical Engineering is an added advantage.
- Relevant experience in four-wheeler servicing and repair is preferred.

Experience
- Typically 3–6+ years of relevant automobile workshop experience, depending on company requirements and technical competency.

Required Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of four-wheeler mechanical systems.
- Vehicle electrical and electronic system knowledge.
- Diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of service schedules and repair procedures.
- Ability to use diagnostic scanners and special tools.
- Knowledge of automotive safety procedures.
- Ability to read and understand technical information/service manuals.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
