We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Senior Analyst to join Omnicom Production, supporting our ECommerce Content Factory. The role will be responsible for transforming data into actionable insights that improve productivity, quality, operational efficiency, and overall business performance. You will analyze operational and commercial metrics, identify trends, provide recommendations to support strategic decision-making, and lead productivity analysis across content production teams.
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with business acumen and the ability to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders at all levels.
Key Responsibilities
- - Develop, maintain, and analyze dashboards and reports that measure content production performance, operational efficiency, quality, and business impact.
- - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including productivity, throughput, cycle time, SLA adherence, quality, and resource utilization.
- - Lead productivity analysis to identify improvement opportunities, bottlenecks, and efficiency gains across the content production workflow.
- - Translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations that support operational and strategic decision-making.
- - Partner with Production, Operations, Business, and Solutions teams to define success metrics and measure initiatives.
- - Perform root cause analysis to understand performance trends and recommend corrective actions.
- - Build forecasting models and capacity planning analyses to support the production and traffic leads with resource allocation and workload management.
- - Identify automation opportunities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven recommendations.
- - Present findings and executive-level summaries to leadership and key stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- - 4 to 6 years of experience in a Data Analyst or similar analytical role.
- - Experience working in content production environments.
- - Strong understanding of workflow optimization to support Operations with improvement suggestions.
- - Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams.
- - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
- - Ability to translate complex data into explicit and actionable business insights.
- - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present findings to leadership and key stakeholders.
Added Skills
- - Knowledge of automation and data-driven continuous improvement initiatives.
- - Experience with forecasting models and capacity planning.
- - Ability to identify opportunities for process and workflow optimization.
