About the Role

We are seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer specializing in Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and Search Generative Experience (SGE). In this role, you will design, build, and deploy production-grade AI/ML pipelines and RAG-based systems. You will engineer rank modeling techniques, semantic search architectures, and content structuring frameworks to maximize brand discoverability across next-generation generative search engines and conversational LLM platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Generative & Answer Engine Optimization: Architect and drive GEO, AEO, and SGE initiatives to optimize brand visibility across AI search interfaces, conversational query systems, and LLM-driven experiences.
- AI/ML Solution Engineering: Design, build, and deploy production-grade AI/ML models leveraging LLMs, Natural Language Processing (NLP), semantic search, embeddings, RAG architectures, and vector databases.
- Rank Modeling & Retrieval Analytics: Analyze search intent, LLM retrieval patterns, citation mechanisms, and ranking signals to build predictive rank modeling for generative engines.
- Framework Development: Build experiment pipelines and evaluation frameworks to measure GEO/AEO efficacy, response generation latency,



accuracy, and retrieval performance.
- Cross-Functional Integration: Partner with Product, Engineering, SEO, Content, and Marketing teams to translate business requirements into scalable, structured data and context-building architectures.

Mandatory Candidate Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years of core experience in Rank Modeling for GEO.

5+ years of hands-on experience in GEO, AEO, or SGE, optimizing for conversational search engines and LLM-driven interfaces.

- Technical Stack: Direct hands-on experience with Prompt Engineering, Embeddings, Vector Search, and RAG architectures.

Deep operational understanding of up-to-date search generation ecosystems (ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Perplexity) and how LLMs generate, retrieve, and rank responses.

Expertise in content structuring for AI consumption (Schema, Knowledge Graphs, entity-based optimization, context building).

- Education: B.Tech or Dual Degree (B.Tech + M.Tech / Integrated MS) from Tier-1 Engineering Institutes (IITs, NITs, BITS, VIT, DTU, NSUT).
- Company Background: Must come exclusively from Top-tier, high-scale Product Companies (Tier-2 companies will not be considered).
- Resume Requirement: Candidate resumes MUST explicitly outline measurable engineering outputs/deliverables related to their AI Engineering work for GEO.
