Roles & Responsibilities

- Design, develop and deploy production-grade AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.
- Lead GEO, AEO and SGE initiatives to improve visibility across AI-driven search and generative interfaces.
- Optimize content, data and digital experiences for AI-powered search, conversational queries and LLM-based experiences.
- Build solutions using LLMs, NLP, semantic search, embeddings, RAG, vector databases and information retrieval.
- Analyze search intent, AI responses, retrieval patterns, citations, ranking signals and content discoverability to identify optimization opportunities.
- Develop experiments, evaluation frameworks and metrics to measure GEO/AEO effectiveness and AI search performance.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Content, SEO, Marketing and Business teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.
- Monitor and optimize AI/ML systems for accuracy, relevance, latency, scalability and user experience.
- Stay current with Generative AI, AI Search, LLMs, GEO, AEO, SGE and emerging search technologies.

Ideal Candidate

Mandatory

1. Strong AI/ML Engineer profile with proven experience in GEO / AI Search.
2.



5+ years of experience in rank modelling for GEO.
3. 5+ years of hands-on experience in GEO, AEO or SGE, including optimization for AI-driven search, conversational queries and generative search.
4. Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, embeddings, vector search and/or RAG.
5. Deep understanding of up-to-date search ranking, semantic search, information retrieval and entity-based optimization.
6. Strong understanding of AI/LLM ecosystems such as ChatGPT, Google Gemini or equivalent, including response generation and ranking mechanisms.
7. Understanding of AI-friendly content structuring, schema, context building and knowledge representation.
8. B.Tech or Dual Degree — B.Tech + M.Tech / Integrated M.Sc./M.S. — from Tier-1 engineering institutes such as IITs, NITs, VIT, BITS, DTU or NSUT.
9. Experience from top-tier, high-scale product companies only. Tier-2 companies will not be considered.
10. Resume must clearly highlight measurable outcomes / impact of the candidate's AI Engineering work in GEO.
