Job Purpose:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior AI Engineer / Architect with deep expertise in AI Engineering (Python), Generative AI, and MLOps . The ideal candidate will design, develop, and operate large‑scale, distributed AI systems in production environments, while driving platform reliability, scalability, and innovation across enterprise AI initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Architect and build AI platforms, APIs, and distributed systems used across multiple teams.
- Lead design and implementation of AI quality evaluation and telemetry/monitoring frameworks .
- Develop reusable platform components and ensure reliability engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and production‑ready AI solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement in AI development,



deployment, and monitoring processes.
- Mentor engineering teams and contribute to architectural reviews and technical governance.

Must‑Have Skills

1. AI Platform Architecture, API Design, Distributed Systems, Reliability Engineering – building reusable platform components used by multiple teams.
2. AI Quality & Evaluation Practices – implementing telemetry, monitoring, and performance frameworks.
3. Python for AI Engineering – solid coding and automation skills for production AI systems.
