Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced AI/ML & Data Engineering Specialist to design, build, and deploy scalable machine learning solutions across MedTech, Pharmaceutical, and advanced manufacturing environments.

This role blends machine learning, time-series analytics, data engineering, and MLOps, working closely with business analysts and domain experts to convert operational workflows into production-ready ML systems.

Key Responsibilities

-Build and maintain data ingestion pipelines for time-series and operational data

-Develop feature engineering layers and feature stores

Implement ML models for

-Anomaly detection & behavior profiling

-Forecasting, regression, and classification

-Time-series deep learning (LSTM, GRU, CNN, TCN, Autoencoders)

-Create reusable ML frameworks and blueprints for multi-site scalability

-Deploy models using Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud/on-prem environments

-Monitor model performance, drift, and retraining workflows





-Collaborate with BAs and domain SMEs to translate business needs into ML solutions

Required Skills & Experience

-5+ years of experience in AI/ML & Data Engineering

-Strong Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn)

-Deep Learning using TensorFlow or PyTorch

-Expertise in time-series modeling and feature engineering

-Experience with ETL/ELT pipelines, Docker, Git, CI/CD

-Cloud exposure (Azure/AWS) and hybrid deployments

-API development (FastAPI preferred)

-Robust analytical skills and ability to work with ambiguous or evolving data

Preferred

-Experience in MedTech, Pharma, or regulated manufacturing

-Knowledge of GxP, ISO 13485, CSV, validation documentation

-Familiarity with MES, QMS, historians, or industrial data

-Experience with predictive maintenance or operational analytics

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
