We are seeking a Senior Advanced Services Engineer who is a hands-on techno-functional specialist in Oracle Fusion Middleware and Oracle SaaS. This role involves delivering, supporting, and optimizing integrations and business-process solutions across Oracle Cloud and connected enterprise systems.

To support Oracle customers, we are seeking a Senior Advanced Services Engineer with practical experience in Oracle SaaS and Oracle Fusion Middleware. The successful candidate will deliver and support integrations, technical configurations, reporting, and operational services across Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, Oracle Integration Cloud, and related middleware platforms.

The ideal candidate should combine functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud business processes with hands-on technical expertise in integrations, reporting, middleware, and production support.

Must-Have Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.




- 7+ years of relevant experience in enterprise applications, integration, middleware, or cloud delivery.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud SaaS, OIC, or Oracle Fusion Middleware.
- Functional understanding of at least one Oracle Fusion Cloud business area: ERP, HCM, SCM, CX, or EPM.
- Robust experience building and supporting Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations using Oracle SaaS adapters, REST/SOAP APIs, orchestration, mappings, fault handling, and monitoring.
- Experience with FBDI, HDL, BI Publisher, OTBI, and Oracle scheduled processes.
- Working knowledge of WebLogic Server and one or more of SOA Suite, Service Bus, MFT, Enterprise Manager Fusion Middleware Control, or WLST.
- Strong troubleshooting skills using logs, monitoring tools, SQL, XML, JSON, payload analysis, and Linux command-line utilities.
- Understanding of security concepts including RBAC, SSO, OAuth, certificates, service accounts, and credential management.
- Strong communication, analytical, troubleshooting, and customer-management skills.
