- Responsible for identifying, developing, and establishing new B2B partnerships and institutional tie-ups.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with partner institutions and business associates to support organizational growth.

- Assess students’ interests, strengths, academic background, and long-term goals to provide personalized educational guidance.

- Guide students on suitable higher education opportunities, courses, institutions, and admission procedures.

- Provide one-on-one counselling and assist students throughout the decision-making and application process.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records and regularly monitor their progress.

- Coordinate with faculty, administrative teams,



and partner institutions to ensure smooth student support and service delivery.

- Stay updated on education trends, new courses, admission requirements, and institutional policies to provide accurate and relevant guidance.

- Strong interpersonal and relationship-management skills with the ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and business partners.

- Fluency in Hindi is mandatory, along with solid communication skills in English
